See the sad story of Ene Oche, a 2year old girl who was kidnapped on Children's Day in 2005

The story of Ene Michael Oche, a vibrant 2year old girl who was taken from the front of her room in 2005 continues to haunt the parents, who believed they could have been there to save their child. Ene was said to have joined other children, some of whom were older in front of their house to celebrate the Children's Day before being abducted by unknown person never to be seen again on Thursday, May 27, 2005 in Otukpo, Benue State, Nigeria.

Ene's body was never found and there have been no new leads as to what may have happened to Ene, but her parents strongly believe she is alive and would someday return. Taking to Social networking site Twitter, Public Health advocate Oyeronke Oyebanji wrote: "Fifteen years ago, my little cousin Ene Michael Oche who was 2 years old, was taken from the front of her parents’ house in Otukpo, Benue State. She was out to celebrate Children’s Day. We have not stopped searching for her."

That tweet was also followed by a screenshot of the events preceeding what happened on that fateful day in 2005.
