“NCC CANNOT TAKE OVER COSON HOUSE” – COSON CHAIRMAN, CHIEF OKOROJI SAYS IN NEW VIDEO

The Nigerian music industry has been rocked for several months by the on-going battle between the Nigeria Copyright Commission (NCC) and the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) over what many have termed ‘show of power’ by the regulatory body.

The issue which began with the NCC interference and letter ordering the collecting body to return Efe Omorogbe as Chairman, a move which was set aside and validated by COSON members at the EGM and AGM.

In a new video recording made by Hip TV, the COSON Chairman explains the latest update on NCC suing him alongside key members of the management team, as well as moves the regulatory has made to take over the COSON House.
