RAS KIMONO’S WIFE, EFE OKEDI TO BE BURIED OCTOBER 26

Efe Okedi, the wife of the late rub – a – dub master, Ras Kimono will be buried on Friday, October 26, 2019 at the Atan Cemetery in Yaba, Lagos State, this is according to burial plans released by the family.

In a statement made available to NYSMOnline.com, the family also noted that a service of songs will be held at her residence in her honor a day before.

The statement read:

“This is to inform the general public, friends and well wishers on the burial arrangement of Our Dearly Beloved *Efemena Julie Okedi Kimono* who passed on 23rd September 2018

25th October: Service of songs at her residence No 2b Abiodun Bero Street Magodo Phase 1

Time: 5pm

26th October: Internment at Atan Cemetery Yaba 

Time: 9am.”

Prior to her death, Efe was Kimono’s manager and band member.
